cipher, hash and signature algorithm for file

Hello,

I'm searching about the bests algorithm about cipher, hash and
signature for assure confidentiality, authenticity and integrity of a
file for a long time.

I don't have time constraint for crypt and sign and decipher and
signature checking. My actual idea is to use AES-256 for crypt,
SHA-512/DSS for signature.

is there best algorithms ? I see a page about NESSIE organisation
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NESSIE) which propose a lot of algorithm
like Kamelia, Mysti1, ... but I have no idea about there robustness.
