I am by no means an expert on this kind of thing, but a simple google search reveals that that particular file (dddd.exe) is typically a spyware/adware program. Most of those pages suggest methods for removal too, if you are infected. As far as your server receiving a bunch of these, it could be a number of different things sending the 543.rar (virus, angry user, etc...) -Clint
