Nessus Tips

Hello to all, this is my first question. :)

I hope can help me.

I have a Web server working in my house, and want to auditar it with 
nessus, already have installed it nessusd and nessus in another PC of 
the network, but I am confused with the great amount of options, 
somebody can help me to me as they are the options that I must have 
active to obtain a good result. Or any good tutorial in where they 
explain them.
