Audit for documented procedures for the operation of an IS department

Hello everybody, I'm working on the audit plan regarding the operations documentation of an Information Systems 
department focused on the following topics:
- Handling of datafiles
- Job schedulling
- Error and outage handling
- Systems Support contracts
- Systems recovery
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance
- Configuration and settings
- Data retention requeriments
Can somebody point me out to good documentation, websites, etc. 
I've review the ISO 17799 and CISA documentation but still I feel that the plan needs a lot of work.
