Contact List - MSN Messenger

Hi all!  Somebody knows which "archive" is saved the list of contacts of the 
MSN Messenger of the Microsoft?  I want to restrict the access the addition 
of contacts and to leave only the ones that I to authorize.  This is 
possible?  One I hug.
