Proxying IE

Hi,

I'm new to web proxying so, I was wondering if I could get any advise.
We are considering letting clients use thin clients to access Citrix on
our Win2k3 terminal server.  They would have a few apps, our ERP
package, outlook, and IE.  I have everything locked down on the terminal
server side and I've restricted IE through AD but, I was wondering if
anyone could recommend a setup to have IE run remotely on another
computer or recommend a good proxy server in a Windows environment.
