I am currently enrolled at the University of Dallas, which is
"designated by the National Security Agency as a Center of Academic
Excellence in Information Assurance Education". Both certificate and MS
in IA programs are offered and can be acquired either in classroom or
online. Take a look at http://www.thedallasmba.com/ia/ for more
information.

Does anyone know of any online master program for Info Sec or Info
Assurance?
I found Norwich University, but would like to know others for
comparison.

Thanks.

Jawbox,

I have my Master's Degree in Information Security. I went to The
Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ
(http://howe.stevens.edu/MSIS/IS.html). I'm not sure if you are from
this area, but Stevens had a good program.. It was both technical and
management based. One of the classes was all about the CISSP exam. We
covered all of the topics required for the exam, and if you have the
required Info Sec.
experience (5 years I believe), then after the class you can even go and
take the exam. At the end of the 30 credits (2 years) you will have
your Master's Degree. Good Luck.

Mike B.

Hello,

Does anyone know of an institution offering M.Sc. for Information
Security/Assurance? Any graduates out there? I'm hoping to find one
who's curiculum involves both management and technical aspects.

Much obliged,

Jawbox
