It does. I have used it to run share permission reports. You can run it
against one system, PDC's and Servers, or every computer on your domain.

Exporter Pro, part of hyena apparently can now report NTFS permissions.

I've not tried it yet, but it may save you from rolling your own wmi
script.

But be careful.  Dumpsec was written for NT, not W2K or W2003.

permissions on a set of folders? In a tree view or mapped out in some
