You could try activeports and it is also freeware, but I do not know for
certain

if it does work on W2K3

Fport does not work on Windows Server 2003. Do you know of a software
package that is an fport equivalent that works on Windows Server 2003?
I
could use netstat.exe but was hoping for something a little more
informative.
