Not the most eloquent,

Set the view in windows task manager to show PID, and match it to results of
netstat -ao, at least you can get an association to the running processes,
and ports this way.  I am sure there is a better tool though.

Fport does not work on Windows Server 2003. Do you know of a software 
package that is an fport equivalent that works on Windows Server 2003?  I 
could use netstat.exe but was hoping for something a little more 
informative.
