I'll assume you're on Windows XP and using IE 6. If not, provide some
more details.

Try any crack/keygen/serialz website. Google for them. Porn sites are
also well known to have plenty of popups and such. They shouldn't be
hard to find. ;) Just look for a website that pops up an ActiveX
install... hell, depending on how well patched the version of IE
you're using, it may just install itself.
