I was wondering if there was a tool (Pref. OS X based) to parse the 
output of a Nessus Scan, into easily readible report?


Perl.  There are some excellent modules available for this...check CPAN, and whatever repositories are specific for the 
Mac.  I know these modules work very well on Windows.
