Goto http://www.myipis.com and click on "Your IP Address" at the top. This page will display your IP Address (or the proxy IP if you have a proxy). With this address, goto http://www.arin.net and enter that IP in and hit enter. The ISP and country associated with that IP will be displayed. If http://www.arin.net responds with...
