IDS Systems (NFR vs ISS)

First time posting so please be kind :) ... can any one tell define the key differences between NFR Sentivist Sensor 
320C and the ISS Proventa M series? Also if any one knows does the Proventa come with the Site Protector Software or if 
that is something you have to buy separate and about how much does the Proventa cost?
