Use ntbackup and select "System State". Then just restore the "System
State" to your new box. Only thing you need to make sure of is that
Win2K is installed on the same drive on both machines. If they are
different, ntbackup will not restore the "System State".

Cheers.

im not sure if this is what your looking for as responses go, but what
about "ghosting" or imaging the server? if the backup server you are
going to use is the same, you could do that very easily, which would
achieve the same results in the end (a backup server). anyway, i hope
that helped.
