Win2k/XP Printer Driver

Does anyone know how to configure a user logon with regular user rights to
be
able to locally install a printer driver without having to assign them Power
User
rights.

We have laptops out in the field who need to install printers on their
machines however
we don't wan't to make them Power Users or give them the administrator
password.
