You could also try AiroPeek NX (http://www.wildpackets.com) and see if the
demo will work with your card (you need an RFMon capable driver - some are
included like Orinoco).  Good for 30 days/limited.

  Not with NetStumbler (boo hoo).  Apparently, though, some of
the Linux-only wardriving utilities will capture an SSID by
sniffing existing traffic rather than rely on trying to provoke
a broadcast.
