Software firewall for Win2K Professional

I'm looking for recommendations for a software firewall for Win2K Professional laptops that will be connected to a
normal domain some of the time (and need to have full access to the domain while connected) but will then be taken home
and connected to the internet by normal dial-up accounts - and then connected via VPN to parts of our network.

Any suggestions for how to secure them reasonably well (ZoneAlarm-type security should be adequate) while away from the
network, without interfering with them using the network, and being accessed by the network (e.g. automated update
systems, remote software installations, remote control software) when in the office.

Would Windows XP's built-in firewall be an appropriate option?
