SO the software can't have a whitelist? You don't need to look at context.
If it is from lists.securitybasics.com or has the standard header info there
is no need to look any further.

I also agree, then don't bounce anything at all. Then I know I got a live
email address and I just have to beat the filters.

The simplest thing to do is NOT sending back any info to the
sender in case
of filtering. I only advise my internal user in case of any
filtering in
the incoming mail.

It's the limitation of the software their organisation
employs. It doesn't
have the intellegence to look at the context in which the
word was used.

If we can't say to block porn because porn is a bad word in
your systems
vocab then how are we supposed to help you out? Or don't you
want our help?

Come on guys! You join a security list that will no doubt
talk about
blocking P_0_R_N.stuff. Then you block messages containing
this topic!
Whitelist the list! I respond to a post only to receive a ton of
bounced messages in my inbox because my reply contains a
discussion on
blocking this stuff. ARGH!

This is a sure fire way for your posts to end up in the bit
bucket of
other subscribers.

/end rant.
