A cheap (though manual) alternative would be to simply run a Snort IDS to
check for Kazaa signatures. It won't stop it being used, but you'll be able
to locate who is using it and stop them the old fashioned way!

Anyway if anyone knows another soft (cheaper than packetshaper hardware
solution... ) that could help me... I'm studying the proxy solution but
I'm not sure that will work because some other soft that are used could
be stopped too...
