Cisco PIX/IIS Security

I would like to inquire about reliable security soultions.

Here is what is needed:

Cisco PIX:
A product to read the cisco PIX and act as an IDS

IIS:
A product to monitor and block CHAM attacks

I have done a lot of searching and pull up many products but I am still 
clueless as to some of the most reliable out there.
