http session expiry

Hi All,

Environment: IIS 5.0, Windows 2000 server

Can you please direct me to some links on http session expiry. The issues is
that i am testing a web application. So i want to test that user can not
access the web pages after session is expired. It will also be helpful if
some information on IIS 5.0 vulnerabilities, that can be exploited in this
environment, can be provided.
I am sorry if i asked something wrong as i dont have knowledge about http
sessions.
