Wireshark Flatpak

Hi,

I intend to make Wireshark available through flathub:
https://github.com/flathub/flathub/pull/809

It would be good to have upstream developers involved. If anybody is
interested in co-maintaining the flatpak manifest, please speak up in
the issue linked to above.
