Presumably you have 802.11ad captures of some sort.

Yes.

If they have radiotap headers, do they have either an MCS field:

        http://www.radiotap.org/defined-fields/MCS

Yes.

which indicates 802.11n or a VHT field:

        http://www.radiotap.org/defined-fields/VHT

which indicates 802.11ac? Is there any information in either of those fields that would be useful radio information
for 802.11ad?

The MCS field only contains the MCS index, but it is 0.

However, the 802.11 radio information header claims that the PHY type
is 802.11n, which is probably because the Radiotap dissector did not
set it correctly.

Is there any radio information for 802.11ad that is *not* present in any of the currently defined radiotap fields:

I am not sure. The whole radiotap header was dissected ... let me ask.

        http://www.radiotap.org/defined-fields/all

If there is, you or somebody should join the radiotap mailing list:

        http://www.radiotap.org/Radiotap

and suggest a field for the new information.
