 Fix compilation if WANT_PACKET_EDITOR is defined.  Should we also add an edit_window_cb_ref?

I didn't even know we had this. Having enabled it, it doesn't seem to work very well? Perhaps this is why it isn't 
enabled by default?

Right now we don't seem to have an 'edit packet' context menu entry in general - you have to go through the main Edit 
menu. Both might be useful...
