Ron, in addition, you might look through the bug reports requesting that
Wireshark support various protocols.  For example:
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4165.  I'm sure there are
others.

You might also take a look at the Wireshark wiki's WishList here:
