Would EMF interference manifest on the wire?
It may.
If so, what sorts of packets or patterns should I be looking for in Wireshark?
You won't see it because the computer you're capturing traffic on will drop corrupt frames (detected using the 4-byte CRC32 at the end of each frame) before you see them.
Does it seem unlikely that a problem related to EMF would only affect one software process on one computer?
Yes. ___________________________________________________________________________ Sent via: Wireshark-users mailing list <wireshark-users () wireshark org> Archives: http://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-users Unsubscribe: https://wireshark.org/mailman/options/wireshark-users mailto:wireshark-users-request () wireshark org?subject=unsubscribe
