Is that really all it's saying?
Isn't a compilation error pointed out earlier in the printout?

After preparing cmd.exe and distcleaning as explained here:
http://www.wireshark.org/docs/wsdg_html_chunked/ChSetupWin32.html,
building presents me with the following errors:

NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio

Stop.
