W3C Addressing Web Security

Just a heads-up, I haven't seen any noise on the list about this.  It 
looks like W3C is holding a conference "W3C Workshop on Transparency and 
Usability of Web Authentication," for best practices in web-app sec.

Might be good for some folks at OWASP to ring in on this, since that is 
their forte.
