Redirecting HTTP 404 to 200

Hi,

Is there any way to redirect HTTP 404 Errors and send an 200 Status Code?
I have tried with Apache but only been able to redirect them to 302 Status 
Code.
I tried using mod_security but couldn't get it to work.
