current responses to phishing

Hello,
	Does anyone on this list know how banks and financial institutions 
currently deal with phishing attacks? Perhaps report the phisher to the 
ISP, send out an email to customers, (DOS attack them :p)
	I am aware of the APWG, but what does the APWG do after you report a 
phishing scam (other than archive it)
