This look to be a very interesting research project lead by Yao-Wen 
Huang, a Taiwan(eese?) Phd student.

He has an interesting paper on "Web Application Security Assessment by 
Fault Injection and Behavior Monitoring"

From the site it seems like the source code is available on request. I 
have contacted Mr Huang and will keep the list informed of his answers.
