Open the IISAdmin tool
Right click the Web server in question
Click Directory Security tab
In the Secure Comms section, click Edit (if it's gray - you don't have a
cert installed yet)
Click Require SSL
Click Require 128-bit SSL

Voila...

Does anyone know how to turn off DELETE on an iPlanet server ?

How do I configure IIS to only serve only 128 bit SSL and not 40 bit,
 56 and 128 bit ?
