Cyberguard 4.3 smtp proxy?

Hi,

Has anyone got full access to a Cyberguard 4.3 or later smtp proxy? I 
noticed some mildly interesting behaviour whilst sending a test email to a 
site protected by a Cyberguard firewall - after the first email, you can do 
an out of order DATA by itself without triggering the proxy 550 error:
550 Need valid MAIL FROM: & RCPT TO:
