RE: Lindows Issues

Ain't that the truth, particularly when it's following in the shadows (if
not the foot steps) of another software giant that laid down the gauntlet in
the early '90s, and I quote Matt Berger from his InfoWorld.com article
carried by InfoWorld Daily News on 05/28/2002: "Executives from Oracle,
Dell and Red Hat are scheduled next week to launch what the companies dubbed
'Unbreakable Linux' in an invitation they sent out to the press."

History is bound to repeat itself--no people are bound to repeat history,
and each time the price (and fall) gets higher.

Mark -- anyone for humble pie?
Take no bull but by the horns!

Quoting Matt Simmons (matts () wirefire com):

I'm sure it will be along the lines of
"It's not a bug, it's a /feature/"

What do you expect. After all, they're trying to emulate Windows as
close as possible. How better to start than to emulate Microsoft's
stance on security?
