smartdownload 1.3

Netscape Smartdownload 1.3 has a well known buffer 
overflow.  Unfortunately, Netscape has removed it from there website.  This 
obviously makes development & testing quite difficult.  Does anyone have a 
copy, or know where one can be gotten?
