As you can see after this command shell (bash) is exiting. It's don't work under tcsh and csh: tcsh:mpg123 `perl -e 'print "/*%s"x9000'`Word too long.csh: %mpg123 `perl -e 'print "/*%s"x9000'` Word too long. %
