It is true at least with @home. All you have to do is manually put in another IP address and U assume that user on the cable modem network. @home response was "Static IP address wont work. You can only get a valid IP from DHCP. That shows that 1 they are that dumb and don't know about networking. Or 2 They think everyone else is dumb. Either way it works for me.
