Okay its obvious this is just another lame windows DDoS tool that was probably loaded onto your box through a compromise most likely done using unicode strings or the iis 5 .printer exploit...regarding the channel name #penr0x i'm assuming pen(notorious efnet hacker) was probably going to use your box to launch organized DDoS attacks from your windows box. However, knowing pen, i doubt he would be stupid enough to name it joe.exe. Therefore I'm assuming it is someone elses DDoS net.
