Stop IIS Service

I Got a software from wwwhack.com. This software has a utility that can
stop IIS web service, and i has test it on my server and other internet web
server that run IIS 4.0. They work, but not on IIS 5.0. I has installed SP
6 from microsft but that software still can make my web server to stop.
Anyone know how to protect this attack ?
