Huh?! If you selectively ignore incoming packets, that is _after_ they crossed the wire, how do you keep bandwidth open with that?!
I never said something like throttling them down "after" they crossed the wire. I would do that at first for testing purposes only. And then, if it works, copy this to the router at our provider. o.k., if they give me access to it. And if this could be done remotely via snmp.
