Hello everyone! I'm new to this list so here goes my first post:

This is just and Idea:

Web access can be attained through Most of the Ms Office suite's appz by way of the web toolbar. Even if FILE->OPEN, 
RUN, is not available. 

(In theory) 

Set up a web page with cmd.exe/command.exe -> open file from current location -> shell
