Webramp 310e Call Back

Hi. I have a client with 4 WebRamp 310e's. This client claimed that the units' compulsory call back feature was not working properly. After taking a quick look, it was determined that when NT Workstations dialed in to a Webramp 310e, they could indeed bypass the "compulsory" dial back feature. Windows 9x machines dialing in seemed to operate just fine and were called back as promised. Ramp tech support was called, and, unbelievably, they claimed it was an NT problem. Yeesh. Is anybody else using call-back on these Webramps? Anybody see anything similar? -----Original Message----- From: Mark Rafn [mailto:dagon () DAGON NET] Sent: Monday, June 26, 2000 11:47 PM To: VULN-DEV () SECURITYFOCUS COM Subject: Re: Another new worm???
