As part of the Linux UnrealTournament server, there is a remote www-based admin interface, which runs as part of the server binary. There is no source, and quick search of the web and unreal.epicgames.com reveals nothing.
The Unreal web appears to be written mostly in UnrealScript. The source for the web server can be exported along with the rest of the game SDK by exporting all classes through UnrealED in Win(doh's). Or with ucc.exe Something like ucc.exe UWeb uc c:\utexports ucc under linux core dumps when i try that :( Anyway, the source can be had that way to look over. -- Arturo C.
