Those headers are in BlueZ 4 (or 5) and Linux (source:
include/net/bluetooth/; not exported to userland)
"own copy" --> own version of "unofficial" Linux API for Bluetooth.
Feel free to rewrite that "code" to satisfy BSDvsGPLv2. As I remember
there is no plan to publish API by Bluetooth Linux group in near
future. what can solve that.
