That's a bit number, not a bit, so it's a radiotap field with a bit number of 14. It's the RX flags field: http://www.radiotap.org/defined-fields/RX%20flags The value isn't fetched or printed, as tcpdump doesn't include any support for that bit. - This is the tcpdump-workers list.
