Nope, they were discarded. The headers indicate that they were discarded because, I guess, they were of application/octet-stream.
If you can somehow convince your mail system (Lotus Notes, it appears) that the files are text - if this is on Windows, you might have to call them ".txt" files to do that - they might manage to make it through.
