Description:
From Gisle Vanem:

        When saving to a file with "-w", have the "-v" flag make tcpdump
        report, every 10 seconds, the number of packets captured.

        Include <smi.h> if we're building with libsmi, to declare
        "smiInit()" and "smiLoadModule()".
