Tool for translating tcpdump ascii output into pcap

Hi,

I'm looking for a tool that can translate the output of tcpdump -x, back into a binary pcap format. 

I seem to remember that such a tool exists, but unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the tool, nor can I find 
any reference to it. 

Does anyone know of such a utility exist and where to find it?
