There's tcpview:

        ftp://ftp.cac.washington.edu/pub/noc-tools/tcpview/

but it's based on a really old version of tcpdump.

There's also Ethereal:

        http://www.ethereal.com/

which is a GUI sniffer for UNIX and Windows.  It's not a GUI for
tcpdump, however - it has its own packet analysis code.
